About Kim
Kim started KV Real Estate many years ago after a successful law career, practicing in the areas of banking, capital markets and real estate. She decided to dedicate her passion of real estate to providing clients with exceptional personal service and complete confidentiality. Kim insists, "my clients count on my discretion and expertise." Determination and integrity have helped Kim achieve a stellar reputation alongside sales records. She still maintains the enthusiasm that launched her real estate career. Kim feels extremely fortunate to live and work in one of the most beautiful places in the world, alongside her incredibly talented team of agents.

Born and raised in the Carolinas, Jennifer loves everything about the Lowcountry. With its friendly people and shared values, there is no other place she would rather call home. After residing in Mount Pleasant since 2007, Jennifer has a deeply rooted connection to this beautiful area. While she is passionate to help others sell or buy their perfect dream home, she also cherishes the relationships formed along the way. Born and raised in New Jersey, Gina was taught from an early age that you have to have grit to be successful. Through a lot of hard work and dedication, she arrived in Charleston on a D1 soccer scholarship. Gina is now a wife and mother to a beautiful young daughter. She understands what it takes to be the best, and she carries this competitive spirit into her business life with KV Real Estate. She hopes she can help you find the perfect place to call home.
About Jennifer
A work opportunity brought Jennifer and her family to Charleston over 25 years ago. The City's charm and history turned a temporary career opportunity into a place Jennifer and her family call home. Born and raised in New York, Jennifer attended Loyola High School and Hartwick College. Shortly after graduation, Jennifer and her husband moved to England for five years where she worked in the hospitality industry. Since moving back to the States over 25 years ago, Jennifer has worked in a corporate customer service setting. Now a full-time real estate agent, Jennifer promises to bring her skills, work ethic, and integrity into finding the right properties for her clients.
